Excellent location. Just a few meters from ATM, fast food restaurant, supermarket. You can also walk to Rizal boulevard and that famous Sans Rival pastry shop and restaurant. Polite staff. Clean and spacious room. Would recommend this hotel.

We stayed here before so we knew what we were getting. There isn't a lot of choice in Dumaguete itself. This place has good air con, it is clean and some of the rooms are very spacious. They also have hot water. All the essentials are at least satisfactory. We would definitely stay here again.

A very good hotel for the price in Dumaguete! Comfortable beds, spacious, working hot showers, cold aircon, TV with many channels, good wifi even in room, very nice, pleasant & professional staff, and great location! What a location! Beside all the nice cafes, restaurants and clubs! Will recommend and stay here again!
